Small form factor, extremely light weight, extremely easy to use and you can manage the firmware.
The reason I only gave it a 3 for comfort: BAD BAD ear buds, hurt my ear as being allergic to the material. Purchased Jabra ear buds that fit great and work great. got the set of the Jabra ear buds at Amazon...CHEAP.

Aliph finally got it right...again. This is the best Jawbone yet. The first Jawbone was an amazing earpiece and the next few iterations were absolute garbage. Aliph finally got it right with this one! About half the size and half the battery life of the original Jawbone. And as the title indicates, definitely the best bluetooth on the market as of the date of this posting. Caveat, unless you need more than 2-3hrs of talk time and don't have access to a power point to charge it. If this is the case than the Plantronics 975 is the best bet, but it's got nothing on this earpiece other than battery life. Cheers!

The Jawbone ICON is a revolutionary product with lots of great features. I just love the MyTalk feature where you can add and remove features like voice announcements. Technology wise I don't think any other Bluetooth device comes close to the ICON series and believe me I have used lots of Bluetooth headsets with my Iphone 3GS. The ICON Ace does an excellent job of getting your voice across even in most noisy environments, and certainly does not make your voice sound robotic to the receiver(well by far the best non robotic sound I could hear through a Bluetooth).
The only problem I could see was of the quality of the ear loop, which for such a costly device could be of better quality but guess the ear buds were expected to be used more, which again I can't use over a long period.

I really loved my first Jawbone but finally needed to replace it. I had tried other bluetooth headsets and found the sound quality of the Jawbone far superior with my first model. I like the smaller size of this Jawbone but it does not sit well in my ear despite all of the included ear pieces and the ear loop is pretty worthless. The sound quality is still excellent when I am able to get it seated correctly but the battery life is way too short.
